Which kitchens is this format suited to?

It is intended for cafés and bakeries using blueberries in smoothies, sauces, and baking. You need freezer space to store 13.6kg at −18°C or below.

How should I portion it after opening?

Use a clean, dry utensil to portion working amounts into freezer-safe airtight containers. Label them with the product name, lot, and opening date; close the remaining inner pack and return it to the freezer immediately.

Is the13.6kg box divided into small sachets?

No. It is a bulk format: measure what you need from the inner pack. Individually portioned30g sachets are available in the separate12-pack product.
